Service
Lumen provides commerce-readiness analysis, measured shopping-query evidence, reporting and related implementation services. Features may change as the service develops.
Assessment scope
The $299 assessment covers one storefront as a one-time purchase. The assessment analyzes discovered SKUs/products up to the 1,000-SKU plan limit. If discovery finds more than 1,000, the report records the larger catalog size and the assessment analyzes the entitled 1,000-SKU scope; higher-capacity Growth, Pro and Enterprise scopes are available separately. It is not a subscription. Each report states the total catalog discovered, the exact products analyzed, the measured queries, and the resulting evidence boundaries.
Third-party systems
Lumen does not control search engines, AI assistants, marketplaces or other third-party discovery systems. Observed evidence can change as those systems change.
Paid work
A free scan does not create a payment obligation. Paid assessments or implementation work begin only after the scope and applicable charge are presented and accepted through the available commercial process.
Recurring plans
Monitor ($99/month), Growth ($249/month), and Pro ($599/month) are recurring PayPal subscriptions. Monitor includes monthly remeasurement up to 1,000 SKUs with 6 measured queries; Growth includes monthly remeasurement up to 5,000 SKUs with 18 measured queries; Pro includes weekly remeasurement up to 25,000 SKUs with 50 measured queries. Billing renews monthly until cancelled. You may cancel future renewals from the Lumen workspace; cancellation does not retroactively refund a completed billing period except where required by law.
Assessment refund promise
If a completed $299 AI Shopping Assessment contains no actionable, verifiable finding, you may request a refund of the assessment fee. This promise applies to the assessment fee only and does not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue or third-party placement.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to submit secrets, credentials, unlawful material, or storefronts you are not authorized to assess where authorization is legally required.
No guaranteed placement or outcome
Lumen does not guarantee rankings, recommendations, traffic, revenue or placement by third-party AI, search or shopping systems. Recommendations are technical and commercial observations, not guarantees of business performance.
